I kind of look at this as group therapy, but in a more anonymous way. Yes, it would be cool to meet others with BP in real life. A lot of my friends have moved away or are busy with their lives (married with kids), and I'm not. I don't really have any friends with BP, come to think of it. A few of my friends with unipolar depression understand to an extent what I go through, but they do not understand the mania. It would be nice to be friends with people who know based on personal experience. Plus, I just like meeting new people.
