I've noticed the APs that end in "pine" tend to work better for me: olanzapine, clozapine, and quentiapine. It's different for everyone though. Clozapine has been a godsend for me, although it's kinda a pain to be on with the blood work. I've gained only ten pounds in the 2 years I've been on it, so not much.
