Im sorry but I can not tell you whether you are dissociating or if this is something else in you. we do not diagnose each other or each others family and friends.
think of psych central like getting together with your best friend. we play games, we talk about current events. we share what our problems are and what our own treatment providers are doing to help us, what we do on our own to help ourselves and share information in general on various mental disorders.
for actual diagnosis of what your problems are with in you,, you will need to contact your own (or a ) mental health treatment provider in your own off the computer locations.
What I can tell you is that what you posted in me is called by many different things... sleep deprivation (lack of sleep) poor diet, anxiety, work stress, hypnotic trance (which is different than dissociation and more like a deep relaxation \ meditation) and many other mental and physical health problems.
what else I can tell you is that dissociation is usually a reaction to a trigger...
you know how if someone says something you dont like (this is called a trigger) you will feel angry (this is called the reaction)
dissociation is like that. something happens to make a person feel their dissociation symptoms. different locations consider different things to be dissociation.
to find out what your location considers to be dissociation you will need to contact your own or a treatment provider in your own location.
in general what America (USA) goes by is located in my links at the bottom of my post.
