I bet you're all a funny bunch, so I ask: Have you ever attempted to make your pdoc or therapist smile or laugh? And can you laugh at your own BP behaviors (e.g., the silly or ridiculous things you've done)?

My pdoc shows 0 emotion. No smile, no frown, no grin, no grimace... Nada. I challenged myself to make my pdoc laugh one day. It took me 10-12 sessions, but I managed it...

..but he only laughed the one time I made fun of myself. LOL. He was like, "I'm sorry!" I said, "no worries! We all have to laugh at ourselves at some point."

Thanks for this!
