My combination right now is the best its been since I started even though I'm ironically on an all time low, I would add valium, I've been anti-benzo since I was diagnosed, since I studied med and I know its addictive (I've only ever taken ativan like twice) but right now my anxiety is at a all time high and I'm really struggling.
