At my last CBT the therapist is concerned I have early onset dementia. I take 2 mg of alprazolam a day and have been taking it 13 yrs. So if I taper off is it going to heal or delay it. I'm 50 and don't know if its worth it it's one of the hardest meds to come off I also am getting divorced. I already have memory problems.
