I'm sorry, Butterflylady, about the sadness you are feeling now. But the cancer was caught in time. That is good news. And there is a cure for it. The baby is already used to being sightless in one eye, so it won't be a drastic change for him. And I've seen some amazing "fake" eyes these days....not like when we were growing up and the eye didn't move in tandem with the other eye. Eeks. Lol.
I can understand your concern, and illness and hospitals are not the place you want to spend time with a loved one. I am going to try and find some photos of "beauty" for you today. I'm sure others will do the same if they read this message.
