Sorry to hear that you went through a horrific time in the Navy. I had a similar issue in that what I experienced wasn't combat (it was during a peacekeeping mission),and I feel bad about talking about it because I feel it wasn't as bad as the people who have gone through combat. I did bring it up, though, during my psychological eval and I think it helped with me getting disability from the VA.
