Risperdal-caused lactation (not very fun)
-made me feel out of it
Seroquel- what I currently take and have for 16 years, 800 mgs a day
-did cause sleepiness at first which was welcome
-does increase appetite and lead to some weight gain, but nothing like Zyprexa
The weight gain was in the beginning and I don't have that problem anymore.

Good luck in finding the right AP! Have you considered an older first generation antipsychotic. Haldol was very effective for me as an add on to Seroquel. It is weight neutral.
