This thread might help those who use Firefox and Psych Central's chat software and find that their chat settings have reset, showing them a layout they're unfamiliar with.

There was an update on Firefox—I think it's 49.0.1—recently that seems to have cleared cache and/or cookies, which means the files Fir... ah who cares, you just want a solution!

So, you see that spanner icon on the top-right of the chat window? Click that, then click on the options thingy in the menu that pops up. You should see a lil window pop up over chat that shows some tabs, from there (especially the themes one) you can change the layout to the way you probably had it before and forgot. I prefer the top theme with single line disabled.

Another indicator that Firefox's update caused this problem with you is that you had to manually log in despite previously selecting remember me.
