Hello Florence2016: I see this is your first post here on PC. I'm so sorry you are only now receiving a reply! (We're usually much better than this.) I really can't advise you with regard to your concern. I have been on Effexor twice now. And just let it be said that I cannot take it. My recommendation is to talk with your prescribing physician regarding your nausea. (Perhaps you've already done so?) I've never had this experience with any of the antidepressants I've taken.
