Actually, it is critical for a recovered person to eat 3 healthy meals every day and snacks if necessary. I don't think you know much about proper nutrition. Even us non-recovered folk SHOULD be aiming for the status quo, although it becomes extremely difficult. Not that I'm any example right now.
