I took my meds, which was actually a huge chore. Not only do I find swallowing pills difficult (I choke or gag fairly often) but the new depakote pills are huge. So, difficult to swallow to begin with, and if you add the fact that the increased depakote has made me feel pretty barfy.... It's not quite nausea, not quite abdominal pain, just a general feeling that something is wrong in my gastrointestinal system. I know I need them, but it took some convincing.
I wrote in my journal, tracked my mood, did a few mindfulness exercises. Other plans include a walk, sending resumes, and doing the dishes.
