I come from Latvia (Eastern Europe country) and I can report that guys do not wipe here. But I take care to push it all out from my foreskin, if I suspect that something might be there.

About the under arm deodorant - after reading what kind of chemicals they put in those things I got disgusted more than from the stink of the sweat. But no other choice, I guess... living in general is harmful to your health because it leads to death, ha ha.
