I'm going to Portland, OR, for 3 days (Fri-Sun). Looking for suggestions on things to do downtown. I don't wanna travel long distances, I wanna stay close to downtown. I will not have a car with me. I'll be taking public transit and/or Uber.
What are some good bars there (wine), preferably ones with live music ? If not for music, I prefer quieter bars/lounges where you can actually talk and be heard. Nice ambience, nice lighting, that kinda thing. No nightclubs, please ... not my thing !
Other than that, I'm planning on visiting Forest Park and the Japanese Garden.
Ideas will be greatly appreciated ! Thanks !
