Hello! I have been getting extremely heated when people at work use the word "frankly" in any context. I don't entirely understand why, but it's reaching the ranks of the phrase "I hear ya," which I have trouble with because of its dismissive tone.

Does anyone have ideas on how to be more tolerant of language-type triggers like these, especially in the context of professional interactions?
