I hear you sweetie. This is the only time I get any peace. I go to bed, try and sleep then come down and post. It's so quiet when they are all in bed.... I agree with the walk on the beach and telling Kathy how you feel, I'm sure she will understand.
Everyone needs time on their own to gather thoughts, just don't hide yourself away for a long time and withdraw from everyone.
