
Biiv, when I feel like I'm about to lose it, I give in and quit fighting. Crying is very good especially when it's from stress. The tears actually wash out the toxins in your system that have accumulated because of that stress. Tears are cleansing!
Know what else? You CAN tell your family "No." Say whatever you think they will accept the easiest as far as you not being able to talk at the moment and hang up... then don't answer the phone. When you're ready to reestablish contact, YOU be the first to call and set down some boundaries for them. Self-preservation is what it's called.
Go ahead, release all that tension; have a good cry and then a good sleep. You'll see how much better you feel afterwards.
