In a different city than you but the Facebook group ER RNs that I follow had one of their patients call in a bomb threat when he was displeased with the his care.

"He admitted to a detective that he had called in the bomb threat because he was angry with hospital staff after they refused to provide him with narcotics and food late Wednesday night. He was seen at the hospital that night using a cell phone and was discharged about an hour before the threat was made."
