Just got home from treatment... Already obsessing over calories. I try to allow myself 400 or under. Under 200 can be solid food, but only one item, and the rest needs to be liquid.
And example for my day would be an apple or granola bar by 9am, and then coffee with splenda and milk x 2, and a cup of chocolate almond milk before bed so my stomach doesn't keep me awake. :/
P.S: I always carry some 'emergency food' in my purse in case I feel faint through the day.
