depending upon your age this could be over weight or underweight or right on.. at first i was a bit confused because the USA does not use kg for weights, we use pounds here. then I used google to change your locations weight kg into american pounds which equals 123. what ever rounded up thats 124-125 pounds. for a teen ager thats right on or over weight, for an adult thats right on or underweight. how the weight charts go here in america is its based not only on your height but also your age and bmi ( body mass index)
if you are an adult my suggestion is contact your medical doctor. they can tell you where you are supposed to be on the charts and whether you are under weight, just right or over weight for your age, height and BMI, they can also give you a statement that you can show to your relatives anytime they want to question your weight, even give them permission to contact your medical doctor.
your doctor can also tell you how many calories you are supposed to be taking in and burning off during exercise. usually its about 1800 - 2000. sometimes more if the issue is losing weight. the body is a strange thing it goes into survival mode of storing as fat cells for later if the body isnt getting enough nutrients to survive. which is why treatment providers in my location use the 2000 calorie diets when trying to lose weight. it tricks the body into thinking its got an excess of nutrients to throw away rather than store them
