This is a rather strange situation. I wouldn't be able to put up with it I know that much. Maybe all sit down in a calm manor and tell her she's just got to go. Not sure how calm it would stay but I think your bf needs to stand up and make it very clear its over and she has to go. An eviction notice may have to take place by whoever owns the property.
