Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I was undiagnosed BiPolar Type II at the onset of my pregnancy, and the hormones made me feel great. I absolutely loved being pregnant. Since I was undiagnosed at the time, I didn't take any medication.
The big thing is that you're going to need to manage stress well during the pregnancy. It sounds like you're on the right track. Another thing to remember is that it's easier to get dehydrated when you are pregnant- so be sure to drink a lot of water.
With everyone saying that they felt better during their pregnancy- I wonder if there is a hormonal solution to bipolar for women?
