I am ignorant of how US education is financed. But a few things stand out/don't make sense to me. You say you still have savings. But it is normal to go into debt.

You say you have a part time job and get scholarships, but you still spend more than you can afford? How do the numbers add up? Do you keep accurate accounting and did you show it to someone knowledgeable.

You talk about being really stressed out and about suicide. The former is serious enough, as being stressed out will hamper your academic performance, which means you are in college for longer, which means more debt. But the second issue is absolutely essential. You are in the privileged position of getting higher education in a developed country, but you actually want to commit suicide because of the problems associated with it?
I don't want to deny your problems or your feelings, but that isn't right.
