Thats a good idea. When I am really upset I write it out. I can say whatever I want good or bad, right or wrong. Then I put it away with the thought I may give it too them but then I find I feel better and alot of those things I didn't really want to say.

BTW, I asked my husband and a friend about your name and what it meant. Neither had heard it before so it's not Norsk but it may have sone scandinavian influence. There's alot of scandinavians in America. Just thought I would let ya know.
