Statistically, I don't really have statistics (and I hate them because they're always changing anyways)...

With any illness, (psychiatric, physical or otherwise) there is always a chance of a genetic component. It's also the whole debate about nature vs nurture...

Chances are that there MAY be a higher risk of inheriting what you have... but at the same time, there is always the chance of being diagnosed with something completely different.

Genetics and biology aren't exact - that's all I'm trying to say.

Oh, and I am in no way whatsoever any type of medical professional. I'd say if you were really concerned that you go speak to an actual professional.
