I think I might have had my first panic attack the other day when I was at the internet cafe I was reading about heart attacks, then I started to hyperventilate, then I felt warm and I got up then I felt sick and lost feeling in my arms and head and just fell to the floor . . . I recovered when I lay down for a bit . . .

I usually worry a lot about the future and how I'm almost 30 now and if I deserve to start going back to school to pick myself a new career and if I'm too old to get a new career and If I will get certain illnesses or if my relatives will . . . that kind of thing.
