i am supposed to see my caseworker tomorrow but i am a bit nervous i wrote her a note with a bunch of stuff in it and i am not sure what she will say. i also dont know how i will be feeling tomorrow but i have been super irritable lately and i dont want to snap at her but i am scared i will.
