She is not my therapist she is a nurse that specializes in mental health and she is part of a team called the early intervention team that is a community based public health service that works with young people. She basically just helps manage and coordinate things but also she checks how I am doing and stuff idk exactly how to explain it. I am mostly taking my meds. Still just the abilify.
