Do you learn from your mistakes? Or do you feel you're stuck in some sort of vicious cycle?

I'm actually starting to learn. I haven't abused any meds in three weeks. I've actually been taking them the way I'm supposed to. It helps that while visiting my family my husband was dispensing my meds for me every day. But even now that I've gotten back here, and have my meds, I haven't been because I actually want to be with my family and promised my husband I wouldn't.

The last two weeks went so well, and I've been feeling so much better, and even when I started feeling weird I actually took haldol willingly (I have the pills as needed, for if I start feeling weird), and felt better almost immediately. My husband wants me to join them up there as soon as possible. I just have to figure out my med and doctor situation, so I'm talking to my caseworker on Wednesday about it.

Yay! I'm learning! I was stuck in a cycle, but now I'm breaking free from it.
