these panic attacks have got to go.... how do i make my mind stop thinking about them.. ill be fine and then ill start thinking about how i hadnt had one in awhile and boom here it comes ... plus driving its really getting hard for me..... my grandmas still in hosptial and my cousin is going to have her baby tomrrow by secection and i want to go see her and the baby but i just dont know that i can drive there and i have none to come pick me up.. this sucks.... im freakin 24 years old and cant even live cause of these attacks.. im takin ativan but theres little reliefe....
