My wife and I had our first child last Sunday 9/25/16!

I have to say it was the longest yet shortest week of my life. We went to the hospital just to see if her water had broken and in two hours had a baby.

Soon after they got her hooked up to monitors baby's heart rate started falling and they started having her flip to every which side and hands and knees trying to get it back.

The nurses rushed the doctor in and he called for an emergency c-section. They were able to keep her awake and I got to be with her during the procedure.
The cord was wrapped twice around his neck, but they got him out safely.

I've never been more elated to hear a baby cry!

Got out of the hospital Wednesday and its been a beautiful blur ever since
