How true! But, there's the quote I read yesterday that jumped off the page at me.

I find that to truly be the case here and right now. I'm so thankful for my counselor and how he is helping me see this and try and understand it.
It was a good session. Truthful and grounding, as he helped me piece things I couldn't get a grip on back together.
