5. Aromatherapy
6. Candles
7. Reading
8. Exercising
9. Hot tea or hot chocolate
10. Art
11. Do you have old emails from T? Read those.
12. Crisis lines/support lines
Would she maybe be willing to give you a transitional object?
Is it more missing her? Or is it struggling coping with issues?
