I don't eat anything that is heavy or potentially binding for me. More protein & water.
A suppository cleans out your ****, but during sex if there's contact with the internal **** sphincter....well that's when it gets messy....if your colon is full. So your partner has to be aware of their "depth."
Many use an enema before **** sex, but I find them time consuming & messy.
