So today in my session my T and I spent almost my entire hour taking some sort of enneagram test. He asked me the questions and I answered either yes, no, or sometimes for almost a full hour! Now, I love my T, but this was pretty boring for me. I had a feeling even before I got my results, that I wouldn't necessarily learn that much about myself. When I did get the final results I was underwhelmed. The description seemed very generalized; almost like I was reading a horoscope. I felt like I wasted my time and money.

So here is my real issue: should I mention that I don't really want to ever take an hourlong test in session again? I don't want to hurt his feelings, or make him feel like I don't appreciate his help, but I don't want to waste my time or money on something that I don't believe in.
