A pill and a half so 450mg. I did fall asleep pretty good last night but didn't sleep long. I sneezed at 6am and woke my cockatoo up so now I'm up! I can tell by how heavy my eyes are that I didn't sleep well or long enough. This is a really crappy feeling [emoji107]
