...when it comes to coping with your BP symptoms?
Could be anything -- yoga, therapy, meds, friends, etc etc
For me, I'd say it's friendships more than anything. Having people to talk to, especially those people with BP, is really nice. I like being able to vent sometimes and have someone listen to me. So I guess therapy is really helpful in that sense too since I tend to use my sessions for venting. (Probably not the best use of my therapy time, but it works, so why fix what ain't broke?)
