honestly, what's helped me the most is knowing my limits- and to not let anyone tell me otherwise- or try to interfeere
example: I might be doing 2 things at once, which is stressing me out, because I can only handle 1 thing, so i switch to that 1 thing- and when I get round to doing what that person wants, I'll get round to it. they can wait. it's really not difficult- and if they struggle to wait, then guess what... they can do it themselves
the other thing that's really helped me is being away from my family- and accepting they are bad people to have in my life
