I do take Mirtazapine along with Cymbalta, same combination. 15mg Mirtazapine and 60mg Cymbalta. Doc first told me to take both before sleep. But soon I found out that Cymbalta works best when taken in the morning, and I still take Mirtazapine before sleep.

Before that, I was taking Lexapro in the morning and Mirtazapine in the evening. I went up to 30mg Lexapro and then slowly tapered off withing two months. Then within a period of three days I was paced in to Cymbalta.

Cymbalta Delayed Release is called Diliner and Lexapro as Nodep over here in Sri Lanka and India.
