My psych doctor has never told me my diagnoisis. SSD requested a letter from him my therapist was terminated becuase of me. She wrote a letter to the court for my divorce. She said I was unable to work because of a reduction and reintroduction of paxil. My life has changed forever because of this to many things to list she was convinced this really did happen. It's been a year I'm worse now because I lost my hearing but have most of it back on the right side but not my left is almost deaf. this was caused by fluid behind my ears. I have spent 80% of the last year in a dark room with my eyes closed. Missed a lot of appointments what could i have. My meds are 20mg Fluoxetine, 40mg paroxetine, 20mg 3 times a day Adderall, 1mg 2 times a day alprazolam, what did he tell them to be denied ssd
