Hello LudwigAusterlitz: Well... the Skeezyks is no psychologist. And I don't even know that much about mental health issues as a lay person. So I'm probably not the best member, here on PC, to reply to your post. But I have certainly felt a lot of what you've experienced including feeling like everything seems unreal.

From my personal, non-professional perspective, I would suggest that what you are experiencing is related to high levels of anxiety... possibly mixed with some depression... resulting in what I believe is typically referred to as depersonalization / derealization. Perhaps you're already familiar with these terms. I have sometimes described my own experience of this as being the "head in a fish bowl" effect.
