Having a great family has helped. I'm really lucky that my family is so supportive. 'My mom even took off work to take me to ECT appointments last year. Finding the right medication has also made all the difference I. The world. I can do coping skills till the cows come home but they only help me deal with depression, they don't lessen or prevent it. So finding emsam has really been my savior.
