I was on Xanax 1mg 3 times a day for 1 year. With that being said, it was hell on Earth for 3 months when I stopped my Xanax (without Dr. recommendation). I found out later that you can die from abruptly stopping your benzos. Talk to your Dr. before stopping Xanax, please.
