I am way out of my depth on the med discussion - I have no idea what the effects of each are, how they interact, and what dosages people normally take. From my experience, though, I was on an AD once, and it was the worst. I was totally apathetic, had NO energy for anything, and felt totally unlike myself. At least when I was depressed, I still felt
something. Stopping the AD was a great decision for me, though it preceded several years of cycling before I found a routine that helped me to level out somewhat. Now I'm looking for an upgrade to my routine - when what you're doing isn't working for you, it's worth looking at what you might be able to change to get back to rights. Talk to your pdoc - I'm sure there are options you can explore.
