I've taken Several ADs in the past and I'm on one naps. Some did make me manic but I was also not taking my mood stabilizer correctly at the time. Since starting in Eva I've been on three or four other ADs and no mania. This current one, emsam, did make me slightly hypomanic for the first few days but then I settled down.
