I prefer to keep that part separate. It usually doesn't bother me but we had a moment of weirdness last session when I asked for a hug so we stood up and hugged then because we were already stood up I forgot I hadn't paid and he was like "you forgot the money bit" then it kinda felt like I was paying him to hug me which felt a bit awkward. Usually it's part of the routine though and punctuates the session. Me getting my purse out is a signifier that I'm done.
