It's been a long two and a half years with two different attorneys. I got mad at the first one and fired her, the second one is awesome. A horrendously long day in court in front of the judge answering all kinds of embarrassing questions. Then some job dude trying to figure out a job in my state that I could do, he settled on broom making. So my attorney says, well, my client might have an outburst and demolish the broom so she couldn't do that job very well now could she. I was so ashamed. I would never do that. Break a stupid broom at work. Well anyway, it worked, I was passed over for the broom job! That was the only one I qualified for. Ya got to laugh at some of this stuff. I've worked most of my life. II've had my own business, I've been sucessfull and I've failed. I've had ove 40 different jobs. I'm older and I've been dealing with this illness a long time and I finally got ssdi. Probably because they won't have to pay me long, bc I'm older. I've busted my *** and tried my heart out and struggled all these years with no help and I finally got some help at 53 years old. I'm happy!
