I do Active Imaginations often - dream work has been a big part of my therapy. For anyone's who's interested, there's a good book my t recommended to me a long time ago about Active Imagination, by Robert Johnson, called "Inner Work: using Dreams and Active Imagination for Personal Growth". I usually do them sitting at my computer with my eyes closed and typing them as I go. I'm quite often amazed at the wisdom that comes out of them that I didn't even know was inside of me.
Thanks for this!
