If we could make a little kit for ourselves and one another which would serve as first response care for episodes, breakdowns, and bad days, what would go in it? I'll start us off with a few of my own ideas:
1. A soft, fuzzy blanket to cuddle up in to feel hugged.
2. A coloring book and pencils for self soothing and getting emotions out safely.
3. A few hot chocolate packets to help sleep and relaxation come sooner.
